What Does An Initial Assessment Involve?
It is during an Initial Assessment where I get to know YOU!
We go through a thorough Personal Assessment where we discuss your current issues, your movement, your medical history, your current behaviours and training. We also discuss your lifestyle, what is on your mind and your reason for coming to see me in the first place.
Then we go through a number or screens or assessments which looks at how you move (or don't) and try to work out exactly what is holding you back from achieving your goals. Whether it is pain, fear, uncertainty, physical restrictions, mobility, flexibility, imbalances, weakness, etc. Then we work out a plan of how to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
What Issues Do You Help With?
This is always a difficult one to answer as there are so many issues that I work with although it is usually if there is pain, dysfunctional movement, postural issues or restrictions in strength or mobility.
It is probably easier if I give you a few examples of problems that my clients have come to me with:

We can prevent the niggles from becoming an injury and instead help us to keep pushing our body to its limit. Becoming a Member means that you will have a regular MOT to help you prevent injury, train smarter, recover quicker, remove limitations and improve your performance. You can find out more here
