I once spoke to a client who admitted to feeling 'scared to death' of sneezing due to it causing unbearable back pain. He didn't tell me this when I first treated him. It was only after a couple of sessions that he let me know. The reason? He told me this because he felt a sneeze coming on and prepared for the worst. He then sneezed...but this time without pain. Originally he didn't realise the significance of this. After a couple of sessions it signified a huge progression within a short amount of time.
It's strange isn't it? Those things that we take for granted, such as sneezing. Seriously, if something like this is happening to you (or someone you know) please get them booked in for an assessment. It really doesn't have to be like that. And quite often it can be a simple exercise that will stop them feeling that way. It's just about knowing where to look.
