But how we choose to respond to the stress will govern our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Even if you don't 'feel' stressed sometimes it can manifest in so many other ways. Think rashes, acne, ulcers, migraines, Insomnia and even sciatica!
Which is why it's important for us to have the right tools and coping mechanisms, so that we can become resilient to stress.
My own tools include eating nutrient dense foods and drinking plenty of water, increasing my positive thoughts and of course…exercise.
But it also includes doing some occasional life laundry. This means getting rid of those things in my life which no longer serves me and that I have control over.
So now I ask you…
