Everyone this is Sidney. Sidney helps me to explain so much to my clients.
For example he helps me to explain that if there is a problem with the pec minor (a muscle in the front of the chest) then what can happen is that the scapula (shoulder blade) starts rounding forwards and in doing so makes the gap (where my finger is) smaller.
Now that gap is where muscles and nerves pass through. So imagine what happens if that gap gets smaller. The muscles and nerves can become impinged and restricted. This can then cause things such as pins and needles in the arms and fingers, or restricted movement of the arms/ shoulders.
So you see, without having Sidney that would've difficult to explain to someone.
Education is key to understanding what is going on and how to fix it!
