I often post about my clients results, about how just by using 1 or 2 exercises, that are right for the client, can help them move more freely. Not just that but they are usually the first exercises I test out depending on the assessment results. But that isn't always the case.
For example, I had a client this week who I ended up spending over 2 1/2 hours with instead of the usual 60-90 minutes. Why? Because I was determined to ensure that I was giving him what his body needed not just what I thought would work. It was about testing and retesting.
So after 2 1/2 hours we finally had some answers and a plan of action.
Sometimes it's not always simple. But I'm lucky in that I can take the time to spend with my clients and figure out what's going on, rather than rush through them with a 10 minute appointment.
(And if you're wondering, no he didn't pay any more ;-)
