I had a client in last week who was suffering with foot pain when running.
Checked hips and spine. Found her pelvis was dysfunctional and she had a leg length difference of half an inch!!
Exercises given (which she did herself). Then a message the next morning to say that she ran on the hills last night with barely any foot pain.
Lessons to be taken...
1. Where the pain is, the issue is not (in most cases)
2. Empower people to make the changes themselves.
I'm not here to fix anyone. I'm here to help you fix yourself!
Stop chasing pain and start being a detective as to why issues are there in the first place.
