I have just seen a post titled "Lower Back Pain Caused By Tight Psoas".
Seriously? Is it really?
How do we know that the back pain didn't cause the 'tight' psoas?
And is the psoas REALLY tight? Or is it just trying to protect us?
It's a bit like X-rays and pain. We do NOT know that the pain is caused by the imperfections that we see on X-Rays.
They are theories. Always theories. Sometimes they are right. Other times not. Assume nothing.
And question which came first, the chicken or the egg.
And then ask the chicken what he actually feels about the situation. After all, his beliefs, past history and fears all make a difference to the pain too.
Then again. Maybe don't! I'm sure the chicken has better things to worry about!
